A wonderful bench and plaque have been installed at The City of Hope’s Rose Garden in Duarte, CA. to honor Yvonne.  We thought we would share this with you and have added the pictures to her website.  Since City of Hope is not a public park or actually open to the public, unless you are going there for treatment or visiting someone there already in treatment, you will no doubt not be able to visit in person.  However, we have chosen to put it on the website so you can see it and enjoy some of the beautiful surroundings and the inspirational gate, also in the garden.

Once again if you are looking for a special place to visit her at another memorial bench in a public park, and you are close to Santa Monica CA,  then please stop by Tongva Park off of Ocean down by the Santa Monica Pier, and enjoy the beauty and tranquility there.  That location is open to the public and a fun destination.
